MOUNTAIN APARTMENT
We have created an oasis of disconnection in Llanars: an intimate retreat where you can slow down, reconnect with the surroundings and enjoy a more relaxed way of experiencing the mountains.
The apartment’s compact dimensions led us to consider every metre with precision. The layout, furniture and storage solutions are seamlessly integrated to create a functional, comfortable and fluid space, where every corner has a purpose. Everything has been carefully considered, yet nothing feels overthought.
The wood brings warmth and connects the project with the imagery of mountain refuges, reinterpreted through a contemporary and personal perspective. The fabrics, patterns, textures and colour accents introduce a whimsical and playful touch that breaks away from more conventional codes. Small visual details add rhythm, uniqueness and character to the interior.
The warm, indirect lighting completes the intimate and enveloping atmosphere, designed for resting, reading, talking or simply contemplating the Pyrenean landscape.
The result is a small high-mountain jewel box: compact, welcoming and surprising. A retreat designed down to the last millimetre, combining functionality with a unique, sensitive aesthetic full of personality. A space that lives in the contrast between the vastness of the landscape outside and the feeling of warmth and protection within.
